Merrill-Gorrel Campground is located three miles north of Barryton off M-66, approximately five miles south of U.S. 10. The park offers frontage on two lakes with 147 campsites on 90 acres. Two beaches, two play areas, two shelters, four cabins and two boat launches enhance this picturesque getaway.
ONLINE reservations are closed for the season. ONLINE reservations for campsites and cabins begin the first business day in February at noon. Phone or in person reservations will be taken when the park opens in the spring..

Picnic reservations begin on September 15th of every year. Please contact the park to reserve.
Shelter (Monday through Sunday) - $50.00
Area (Monday through Sunday) - $25.00
Merrill-Gorrel Campground still has 102 seasonal campsites available. A deposit of $100.00 is required to become a seasonal camper. Please call the Administrative Office at this time to find out which campsites are available for seasonal camping. If you love to camp, don't spend the gas money to haul your camper every weekend, just leave it with us!!!

Sports equipment is available for use, free of charge at the Park Office.
Merrill-Gorrel Campground has both showers and flush toilets
Most campsites have electric hook-up and water hook-up as well as a picnic table and fire pit on the site.
Merrill-Gorrel Campground also has rustic campsites.
Vehicle permit required for entrance.
Each campsite is allowed:
- One primary camping unit (tent, trailer, motor home, etc.)
- One additional tent
- Eight people maximum per site
- Two vehicles per site, plus one trailer (boat or utility) (vehicle passes must be purchased for each vehicle)
