Paris Park opens April 25, 2008.  If you are interested in a seasonal site for 2008, there are still a limited number of sites available.  Please direct all questions or inquiries to the Administrative Office at 231.832.3246 at this time.

Camping

Nightly Camping $14.00(includes electric and water hook-up and use of dump station)
Seasonal Camping $735.00  (April 25 - September 28, 2008)
Monthly Camping $300.00 (i.e. July 12 - August 12)
Nightly Camping Full hook-up $18.00(includes electric, water hook-up, black water hook-up)
Monthly Full hook-up $350.00 (i.e. July 12 - August 12)
Seasonal Full hook-up $810.00 (April 25 - September 28, 2008)

Vehicle Permits-Entrance Fee

Daily Pass $5.00 (good until 10:00pm)
3-Day Pass $14.00
Seasonal Pass $20.00 (good in all Mecosta County Parks all season long)

Boat Permits-Launch Fee

Canoe and Kayak Launch $1.00

RESERVATIONS

Campsites
Paris Park takes reservations for all campsites and cabins. Please contact Paris Park at (231)796-3420 for availability. 

Reservations will be accepted beginning May 1, 2008 at 8:00 am, except for those reservations including the following holidays:
 

Reservations including July 4th may be made beginning at 8:00 am on Memorial Day.
Reservations including Labor Day may be made beginning at 8:00 am July 4th

All reservations require a two night minimum stay, with the exception of those reservations including a holiday which require a three night minimum stay. 

Monthly reservations may be taken at any time, beginning May 1st, even if the reservation includes a holiday.

Park staff will begin taking reservations on May 1st by helping those in line, followed by any phone calls and will finish with any mailed reservations.  If you cannot get through on the telephone, please, keep trying!!  We will begin to answer the telephone as soon as all campers standing in line have been served. 

Seasonal reservations require a minimum deposit of $100.00, with the remaining balance being due in April upon arrival. 

All reservations (other than seasonal) will be paid in full at the time the reservation is placed.  Reservations taken by phone must be paid within 3 business days.  We accept cash, checks, or money orders as forms of payment.  Credit cards are not accepted. 

PLEASE make checks payable to Mecosta County Parks and have your driver's license #, Date of Birth, and phone # on the check.

Picnic Shelters/Areas
Are you in charge of your family's reunion or party?  We have picnic and shelter buildings perfect for your get-together!!! 

Picnic Shelter/Area reservations are made and paid at the Administrative Office - (231)832-3246. They are open M-F from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Reservations for Monday thru Thursday are $25.00 for the day, reservations for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are $50.00. This cost does not include entrance fees for vehicles. Reservations for the next season begin the first business day in October.

ACCOMMODATIONS

  • Showers, flush toilets

  • All campsites have electric hook-up, water hook-up, picnic table, and fire pit on the site.

  • There are limited sites that have full hook-up with sewage hook-up

  • Use of the dump station is free to register campers ($10.00 charge for non-registered guests)

  • One MAIN camping unit (trailer, motor home, tent), plus one additional tent

  • 8 people per site

  • 2 vehicles per site, plus one trailer (boat or utility)

  • Quiet hours from 10:00pm to 8:00am

  • Up to 2 pets per site

  • All cabins have electric hook-up, water spicket is near-by
    Bring with you for staying in a cabin:

    • Sheets or sleeping bags

    • Extension Cord (no electric inside)

    • Light (no lights inside)

    • Fan or Heater

AMENITIES

The old Fish Hatchery still stands, Feed the fish, ducks, and swan, Basketball court, Sand Volleyball, Playgrounds,  Pathways in the Woods, Picnic Shelters/Areas, Horseshoes, sports equipment available at office, Canoe & Kayak launch, tubing drop-off and pick-up.
