Cancellation Policy

Campsite Cancellations

 

  • Refunds will not be honored for inclement weather. 

  • All reservations cancelled at least 14 days before the start date of the reservation will be subject to a $10.00 Administrative Fee.

  • All reservations cancelled less than 14 days before the start date of the reservation will be subject to a 50% Administrative Fee.

  • Refunds will never be given from the individual park office under any circumstances. 

  • All decisions regarding refunds are made by the Administrative Staff.

  • All refund requests must be submitted on a Refund Request Form which is provided by each individual park office.

  • Refund Request Forms must be turned in or sent to the park in which you were planning to camp.

  • In the event of a refund request for the reason of sickness or death, documentation must be provided with the Refund Request Form.

Family Group Camp Cancellations

  Family Group Camp 50% deposits are non-refundable. 

Picnic Area/Shelter Cancellations

  Picnic Area or Shelter Reservations are non-refundable after May 1st. 

Seasonal Campsite Cancellations

  • Refunds for Seasonal Campsite Deposits are subject to a $50.00 Administrative Fee. 

  • Seasonal Campsite Deposit Refund Requests will be accepted until March 31st each year. 

  • After March 31st of each year, Seasonal Campsite Deposits will not be refunded.
